The UN Arms embargo could be lifted after just five years, and the restrictions on ballistic missile technology could be lifted after just eight. Because of legislation passed in May, this agreement will now come before Congress for review. Instead of going into effect immediately, it's up to Congress now to provide a backstop between a nuclear Iran and the security of the United States, our allies abroad. (02:15–02:25)
