Yes, China is, but we build. They're not as technologically advanced as what we're capable of. Yeah, we're building very different ships that are technologically far more capable. We need to get faster. We need to get better. It is too slow. There are a number of problems in the shipyards. I've visited eight shipyards, I think, so far, I've been on the job a little bit under two months. And there are a number of things we can do to speed things up. (03:58–04:04)
