So almost any system would be better from our standpoint than what we have. But I know it's challenging depending on where you happen to live. Well, We did the expansion in Michigan. I actually recommended against it at the time and voted against it. And the reason I did is because when I first came into state government we had 1 in 9 residents were on Medicaid with the expansion, it's 1 in 4. (07:52–07:58)
