Now, when it came time for the actual referendum, which was held In April of 2018, there was actually a movement to save the treasurer's office, and there wasn't anybody really out campaigning to get rid of it. So as a result, The people of Wisconsin voted over 60% to keep the office. And that's why we have the current. That's why I have the treasurer's office here currently. And that's why this election is still important, because we do have the job, and we need somebody responsible and reliable in office to do the job. (00:58–01:03)
