Do we need a new state prison? Well, I haven't looked too much into the state prison. It's not a huge issue here. I would say generally though, If there are people being sentenced to serve time in prison, we actually need to have space for them. I wouldn't want to see a prisoner being released solely because of not having enough space. I think if they were sentenced to a certain term, they should serve it. (09:20–09:26)
