They can change the legislation, as some are acknowledging, maybe for the worse, and that will come back to the House, and the House will either adopt that or change it and send it back to the Senate. But There has to be approval in both Houses before it goes to the President for a signature. And that's the great hope here, that people are going to be able to get to their senators and Representatives and get them to understand how this is impacting people's lives far beyond the gloss that they're trying to provide for this.
