And the important thing is that a lot of states have gamed the system in how they access federal Medicaid funding and they need to put up their share of the cost share as the program was intended. And We're doing a number of things, including a fund for rural hospitals that I think will help with that transition. So again, this is about making sure that we sustain Medicaid for the long term and the people that should have it get it and doing things the right way, not allowing states to game the system they need to put up their match.
