So we really made the case to start flying unmanned aircraft in the nav. National airspace. Right. But the FAA wouldn't let us because of safety reasons. So when I came to the Senate in 2011, We worked to pass legislation that set up six test sites for the nation to develop unmanned aircraft. And, and of Course one is in North Dakota because it was my legislation. And so we were the first place in the country to set up a test site, the Northern Plains Test Site, to develop unmanned aviation. (25:23–25:30)
