And I realize there's going to be a bunch of Republicans in here and I'm going to try and speak as much as possible, not from a partisan point of view, this issue of tariffs. The Constitution says it's supposed to be Congress that does tariffs. And actually your representative out here, Jeff Heard, is actually one of two Republicans.
