This really sounds strange to me at the state that so much wants to have the federal government not messing with that state, the state of Texas, that The amendment would specifically remove California's ability to regulate energy operations within the state of California. I would hope that the application of this might just as well go to the state of Texas as it does to California. Perhaps I'll propose an amendment that that be the case. (04:01–04:28)
