I don't see every inch of it by any means mined and developed with gas rigs. Not that those things bother me much when they're done properly and sustainably and effectively by operators that know what they're doing. What does bother me a lot are some of the mismanaged lands in California, the forests that burn, purportedly because of climate change. But from my angle on the kaleidoscope, we've neglected them. We've turned those forests over to the priorities of the conservation groups for a few decades, and now they're burning out of control and we're getting no value from them. (00:31–00:39)
