He came to me and was like, yeah, this is obvious. I can clearly see why this is an important step to take. And so we partnered on this. I'm very happy that we can start off with this as a bipartisan, co-led effort, and then we can add republican supporters, David Rouser, Chuck Edwards, Larry Chavez, de Reimer, on our side. Jim Costa is a co-sponsor on the Democrat side we're adding every day.
