Republicans can and should deliver a whim for the unborn as part of our next reconciliation bill by defunding on a permanent basis the nation's largest abortion provider. When Republicans assembled the one big beautiful bill or the Working Family Tax Cuts act last summer, we successfully included a one year ban on Medicaid funding for abortion providers like Planned Parenthood. Now here we are approaching the end of that year and this provision will soon expire. We have our work cut out for us again to ensure that this monstrous organization does not receive another dime of taxpayer money. (06:33–06:48)
