Governor Abbott called me up and he said he wanted the state to be reimbursed for the money we spent for border security while the Biden administration refused to do so. And so We were able to secure $11.1 billion in reimbursement for Texas taxpayers [for border security expenses]. That's hard to do, particularly if you're a new person and you don't have those relationships or that experience.
