Well, it's, you know, it's feast or famine. We either have a drought or we've got more water than we know what to do with. And obviously The governor and the Texas Department of Emergency Management are providing warnings to people so they can stay out of harm's way. But yes, the emotions are still raw from what happened at Camp mystic in Kerrville just a year ago.
