And while it's better now, we've still seen all of those costs very high from the groceries, from the groceries to rent, to mortgage. And of course, The Federal Reserve has tried to come to grips with the inflation by making money tight and keeping interest rates high. My hope is that, that they begin to provide some relief later in the year that will help bring interest rates down and make, make it easier for people to afford the necessities of life and buy a car and a home and the like.
