Well, I think it's encouraging. With the president's approval, we are proceeding to talk to Democrats about funding all of the Department of Homeland Security except for ice. But Thanks to the foresight of President Trump and Republicans back in the Working Family Tax Cuts act, we literally pre-funded ICE for years to come. And so one of the ironies of this shutdown are that the Democrats say their complaint is about ice. (05:32–05:42)
