Now, 15 years later, this claim has aged like spoiled milk. Since 2013, the year before Obamacare took effect, the average Obamacare enrollee faced a premium increase of 221%. That's since 2013 until today. 221% increase in the premium. This mind boggling number is only for those who receive health coverage through the Affordable Care act, which is of course, as I indicate, a misnomer for the ages. (06:31–06:42)
