Well, what we've seen happen at Fort Hood is unacceptable. It's unacceptable to their families. It's unacceptable for the young men and women who serve in our military. And I'm happy that Secretary of Army Ryan McCarthy...has appointed an independent commission to study the problem [at Fort Hood]. to study the problem. They'll come back with a report to Congress. And then I've asked the Senate Armed Services Committee to have a hearing so that we can air what they've discovered and come up with a solution. (12:41–12:56)
