President Trump is correct to say let's send the money to the consumer and not to the insurance companies. 20% gets raked off the top for profit and for administrative costs and doesn't provide health care to one person. So there's a better way to do this. We need to continue to hold the Democrats feet to the fire because they created this mess in the first place. (07:57–08:12)
