But I agree that we need to look at the potential for the death penalty. What we need to do is we need to re establish deterrence. President Biden has, excuse me, President Trump has issued an executive order, but we'll need to change the law to make sure that federal juries can consider the death penalty when illegal immigrants take the life of an innocent American while in this country illegally. So that's something I think we both need to investigate and prosecute to the fullest extent of the law. But to the extent Congress needs to act, we need to do so. (06:41–06:55)
