But once again, I want to recognize Governor Abbott and the many other state and local officials who snapped into action in response to this disaster, as well as the first line responders who were committed to recovering as many as people as possible. More than 19 different state, local and national government entities have been involved in these rescue efforts. And according to Lt. Col.
