And if you look at the details of some of these judges backgrounds, it's an embarrassment that they were ever able to receive a majority of votes in the United States Senate. One of them, Judge Kasubai has a habit of praising Ibram X Kendi as an amazing historian and author. Ibram X. Kendi, of course, has equated capitalism with racism. And then there's Judge Sukhnun, who served as a board member for a group that vehemently opposed sending police officers to schools in order to prevent school shootings and to maintain safety.
