Now, if you've only been listening to our Democratic colleagues, you'd be forgiven for thinking Republicans have done nothing to address the cost of health care in this country. But that's not true. In the working family tax cuts, we expanded access to health savings accounts, also known as HSAs. These savings accounts allow individuals to save pre tax dollars and then use those funds to cover eligible medical expenses. These accounts are particularly useful in the case of a medical emergency when an unexpected bill arises. (08:19–08:28)
