War should be conducted for the protection of the child. Finally, HHS has reviewed all of the 65,000 case reports that were left behind by the Biden administration and elevated cases that are indicative of fraud and other significant activity to law enforcement for further review investigation. These measures will protect young children from further harm or trafficking based on false claimed family relationships and other harms.
