The DOJ has not charged him they elected not to charge him with any crime. Well, he's completely untrustworthy. He lies to his own family. He lies to taxpayers. He lied to his own conservative legal team that he recruited when they turned him into the FBI for interfering with the federal investigation of one of his campaign donors.
