What I believe is that if there is a prolonged shutdown, The President of the United States has an opportunity as well as an obligation to go after so much of the wasteful Washington spending, and he's going to have the authority to do it. Traveling around Wyoming, people know the government is too big, it spends too much, and the president's going to have an opportunity to cut some of this fat, this bloated budgets that we've had in Washington for years.
