That's a challenging way to start the next budget. The other aspect of it is we're on June 16th today. This is a surplus that they say will exist next June 30, one year and two months from now. We are in a Donald Trump economy, and I don't have a lot of confidence in anything that Donald Trump does. And so I would exercise caution when it comes to how are we dealing with those resources.
