So recently on the ARP funds that the governor talked about in the state of the state, to me that's a spray and prayer philosophy he utilized. We have $500 million allocated to affordable housing, but associated with that was a mandate of PLAs project labor agreements. And so that in turn in itself raises the costs associated with construction. And so if you, if your idea or Your vision was 5,000 homes to provide to the general public in affordable housing space subsidized by the government, that's 2,500 homes now. (16:35–16:45)
