And it gives them the ability to obtain a scholarship from a private scholarship organization to do the same thing as vouchers did. But it was a lot smaller scale. Right now, Opportunity scholarships currently only affect 1400 students in Nevada. So it's a very small population, but it's a start. And it was defined in the legislature to be at a basic level of funding, and then hopefully you can obtain increases per legislative session. (07:30–07:34)
