And I promise you there was a lot of things that could have gotten caught up in partisan debate and dysfunction. But We were able to work through that [Great Lakes Compact]. And I was representing a statewide coalition of conservationists and environmentalists, public officials, local communities and the like. And we were able to get that done. And the issues that's facing Wisconsin now also require that spirit of bipartisanship for us to be able to move forward. (11:08–11:43)
