Plus, Wisconsin is just holding back and The Joint Finance Committee is resisting releasing that based on their insistence on protecting the polluters involved, which is not consistent with Wisconsin law. We insist that those who cause the pollution or the contamination have to participate in the cleanup efforts, financially and otherwise.
