And the governor signed off on $50 million to go into the schools for literacy, coaches, curriculum, etc, but The Joint Finance Committee has held on to over $49.5 million of that $50 [million]... for literacy, coaches, curriculum, etc. Same with PFAS remediation, same with the money due the Western Wisconsin hospitals.
