And as we've heard from numerous people in the hearing, not long ago our country decided that separate is not equal in education. There is a process that The NCAA has already set guidelines for when it comes to trans athletes to compete fairly. Pardon me. When we talked about this in committee, one member mentioned that he didn't grant NCAA the authority to govern sports for college athletes. (02:59–03:08)
