I think one of the main things that we really have to look at is how much we are putting into our public education system, whether it's K12 or our higher education systems. Right now in Wisconsin, we are putting in about 18% from state tax dollars what it costs for a public education at a college level. This is causing a lot of people to come out with immense amounts of student debt. And we're ranked 43rd in what we're putting into colleges for investments. (03:52–04:04)
