But when we look at task forces, we know that very few pieces of legislation are actually enacted into law that come from task forces. If you look at the water Quality task force that happened in this last session, Nothing got signed into law from the water Quality Task force. It's an illusion of actually doing public policy and actually working. Instead of doing the work, making the changes and having the tough conversations, we're having the conversations, but we're not actually coming out of those conversations with anything tangible.
