If they're elsewhere, why would they move here? What kind of house can they have? Can they afford it? Can they find a house or an apartment, and is it affordable? I was proud that we passed a half a billion dollars in a revolving loan program this year, this last session, for workforce and senior housing. And I think we need to build on that, because in particular here in the Chippewa Valley, our inventory is really for what's available. And so people, first of all, need a place to live. (03:44–03:54)
