And I feel it and I see it myself and I do want to solve it. And there's really two different ways. Number one, we have to get ahead of where Washington is. City Hall's on its heels. There are other cities that have been much more muscular in terms of trying to get injunctions against some of these funding cuts. which actually raise serious constitutional issues.
