That first hundred billion was to make up for four years. Thank God we put that additional monies to prepare for $75 billion. It hasn't been obligated yet. I've also submitted an amendment that I hope to offer in the Rules Committee later tonight to use $13 billion out of that $60 billion to add the Major Richard Starr act to the reconciliation bill. This would help combat wounded veterans get the full support that they're entitled to. Chairman Arrington, would you support making my amendment in order to help these veterans? (11:09–11:22)
