What I have a problem with is with all the 362 amendments were offered to this farm bill by Republicans and Democrats and 305 of those amendments were blocked. They were blocked. 80% of bipartisan amendments were blocked, 92% of of Democratic amendments were blocked and 70% of Republican amendments were blocked. (00:10–00:21)
