Gentlemen will suspend. I have no problem with this en bloc amendment. What I have a problem with is with all the 362 amendments were offered to this farm bill by Republicans and Democrats. And 305 of those amendments were blocked. They were 80% of bipartisan amendments were blocked, 92% of Democratic amendments were blocked and 70% of Republican amendments were blocked. (03:55–04:07)
