But we shouldn't see a situation where people get frustrated and just turn away from the whole electoral process because they think somehow it's fraudulent or rigged in some way. That's not the process in Pennsylvania. Everybody should turn out to vote if they're eligible to vote and have their voice heard. And there may be a few close elections for state house states. There always is. But at the end of the day, whoever the winner is, that will be the winner or that person will be the winner. (39:02–39:09)
