I have the licensure not just as a teacher, but also as an administrator. And then I also have the experience working at the university and the connections between K12 and higher education. I want a high quality public education that's accessible for all students. All students feel that they can belong and that they are welcome in their schools. I would like to see expansions for mental health, early childhood, and then also ways that we can retain and respect teachers. (01:49–01:54)
