As we might recall, we've been pushing in our office as well, we've written letters asking for the hot foods exemption to kick in again. So which basically means you can buy a rotisserie chicken, for example, with your SNAP card. Right now you actually can't buy hot foods with your SNAP EBT card. I would love to have it where year round you can buy hot foods because not everyone has a stove or the ability to cook raw chicken or meat or proteins. (23:56–24:01)
