So with the federal funds that we've been getting, thanks to the small state minimum, it's been such a game changer for us in Vermont to make these investments to help with housing and workforce and environment and community resiliency. And so We use one-time funds for one-time things. and that, that we were budgeting in a thoughtful way and we will continue to do that this upcoming session. (08:22–08:33)
