The House felt that we really need to take an incremental approach and go to legalization instead. Right. The bill went back and forth through the House and the Senate several times, and We landed on what I thought was a really good, strong bill that would legalize marijuana in Vermont, not this year, but next year. And that had a commission attached to look at a tax and regulated system. We passed it at the end, and it went to the governor. (19:03–19:14)
