Trying to find access to high quality infant care in our state is really hard, and it's really expensive. So even 12 weeks together, I believe, makes a difference for families. So, like I said, We got to focus on paid family leave. We got to focus on raising the minimum wage and also look at other policies to help with equal pay and workforce development for women.
