So there's definitely consistency about what Vermonters want from their elected officials for us to work on in January. That's affordable housing and childcare. People are concerned about workforce and workforce development. We don't have enough workers to meet the needs that we have. And the reason why we don't have them for many reasons is that they can't find affordable housing for those jobs. So I'm hearing a lot about that. (01:39–01:44)
