I think there's a narrative out there that every decision that this court hands down is going to be 4, 3. And that's just not what the evidence shows. If you look at the decisions that we have issued the last two years, you will find that most of our decisions, we are far less likely to be 4, 3 and than we are to be 7, 0 or 6, 1 or 5, 2. And so I think that the evidence just doesn't bear out what that narrative is.
