I think actually another thing that distinguishes me as a candidate, I'm really the only candidate that's been talking a lot about including technology or injecting technology into the way the city conducts its business. I mean 311 can be much more streamlined. 911 dispatchers need a lot more support, you know, having an app so that New Yorkers who need help and services can really just not have to fill out so many applications.
